How do I post a listing on Spiunos.gr?

Posting a listing on Spiunos.gr is quick and simple, but the process differs slightly depending on whether you are a private individual or a professional.

If you are a private individual:

Create an account by clicking “Sign up” and selecting Private. Enter your basic details (first name, last name, email) and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Confirm your email and log in to your Dashboard. Click “Post a listing”, fill in your property details, choose a promotion plan, add photos or video, and click “Publish.” Your listing goes live immediately.

If you are a professional (agent / developer):

Create an account by clicking “Apply for Registration” and selecting Agent. Enter your details (name, company name, email, VAT number, etc.) and confirm your email. After confirmation, your application is reviewed by the Spiunos.gr team. Once the review is complete, you’ll receive an email with approval or rejection. If approved, log in to the Agent Dashboard, choose a subscription plan, and start posting your properties.

From your Dashboard, you can edit and renew your listings at any time.

How long does it take for my professional account to be approved?

Your application is reviewed by the Spiunos.gr team as soon as possible after you confirm your email. We assess the details you provided and, once the review is complete, you’ll receive an email with the approval or any requested clarifications. Your account is fully activated after approval.

What payment methods are available?

On Spiunos.gr you can complete your payments via credit/debit card through the secure Piraeus ePay system (Piraeus Bank).

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the Login page and click “Forgot my password”. Enter the email you used during registration and you’ll receive a password reset email. Follow the link in the email to set a new password and regain access to your account.

I’m a professional and didn’t receive the activation email. How should I proceed?

First, check your Spam/Junk folder, as the activation email may have been filtered. If you still can’t find it, wait a few minutes and then contact us at info@spiunos.gr or support@spiunos.gr, including your full name and the email address you used to register. Our team will promptly verify your registration and resend the activation email.
